Dr Devanand Isukapatla

Dev has more than two decades of experience as a dentist, and his career journey is a testament to his dedication and growth in the field of dentistry. After graduating in India, he spent several years running his own practice before relocating to the UK. There, he worked at two other practices, gaining valuable experience, before eventually starting his own. His commitment to patient care and continuous improvement led him to expand his practice to three locations in the Northeast of the UK.

Dev is passionate about professional development, having completed training in Invisalign and currently pursuing advanced courses in implant dentistry. His drive to offer the best service to his patients is evident in his ongoing education and expertise. Additionally, Dev shares his knowledge by mentoring overseas dentists, contributing to the global dental community.

When not focused on his professional pursuits, Dev cherishes time with his family, valuing the balance between work and personal life.

Dr Damian Fajfer

Damian graduated in dentistry in 1997 with a non-UK qualification and has 28 years of experience in dentistry .He was registered with the General Dental Council in 2005 and has been working as an NHS dentist ever since. In 2018, he joined Dev’s Dental Practice. Damian enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular interest in endodontics. Outside of work, he enjoys reading books, listening to good music, and watching movies in his home cinema.

Dr Obianuju Chinwekene Evelyn Obinwa

Obianuju Obinwa, is passionate about delivering high quality, patient care with a gentle and attentive approach. She qualified as a dentist in the year 2025 from Czech Republic and takes pride in creating a calm and comfortable experience for every patient ensuring they feel confident and well cared for throughout their treatment journey, in her spare time she enjoys spending time with God, family and her friends and focusing on her faith.

Dr Niveditha Balamurali

Niveditha Balamurali is a GDC registered dentist from India. She completed her bachelor of dental surgery from India in 2022,cleared her Overseas registration exam in May 2025 and has been working in the UK since February 2026 prior to which she was working in India.

She is a passionate dentist, always focused on delivering the best dental care to her patients.

She works hard to ensure her pateints are at ease and comfort at the practice.

She is always focused in updating herself with the latest improvements in dentistry and implementing it in her daily practice.

She is also an artist, enjoys making acrylic, charcoal and mixed media art forms during her free time.

She also enjoys singing, cooking, listening to music, reading a great deal of novels,watching movies and travelling.

Dr Mohammed Sharick Sabir

Sharick is a motivated and dedicated dentist, having graduated from Bulgaria. He is passionate about helping patients feel at ease while delivering high-quality dental care. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular focus on prevention and restoring patients’ confidence in their smiles.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through the gym and football, as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Dr Syed Yusuf Abdullah

BDS MSc- Dental Implants

Syed completed his BDS in India in 2004 and moved to the UK in 2005. He completed the International Qualifying Examination in 2006. Following this he worked as a general dental practitioner. He was also a clinical observer in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Guys Hospital in London in 2006. Syed has keen interest in dental implants and has completed his MSc in Dental Implantology from University of Manchester in 2011. He has successfully treated patients with dental implants ranging from single tooth replacements to full arch restorations with a very high success rate. Syed works with real dedication to provide excellent professional care and strives to deliver an exceptional experience for all his patients.

Syed has a keen interest in motor sports. He also loves spending his spare time with his family and friends.

Mrs Anupama Jariwala

Dental Hygienist & Therapist

Anupama Jariwala, is a compassionate and skilled dental therapist with a focus on providing personalized care to each patient. She works closely with our dentists to provide comprehensive care and educate patients on maintaining good oral hygiene practices. Skilled in treatments like restorative procedures and periodontal treatment. Anupama is dedicated to helping patients achieve their oral health goals.

Mrs Neerja Saluja

Neerja holds a dual qualification with GDC as a Dental Therapist and Hygienist. She believes that early education and preventive treatment are key for maintaining healthy smiles .

She loves looking after kids and sees them on a direct access basis as well, meaning you can book with her directly without needing to see the dentist first. Creating a positive and warm dental experience for young patients and helping them build healthy habits comes naturally to her. Her goal is to make every visit stress-free, ensuring patients feel safe andcomfortable about their oral health.

With a gentle approach and a focus on education she has a genuine commitment to her patients’ well being. She carries out hygiene maintenance, periodontal or gum treatments, oral health screens, fillings in children and adults and extraction of kids teeth when needed. Neerja keeps her knowledge and skills up to date by regularly attending courses and carrying out clinical self- audits.

In her spare time Neerja likes to go walking, cooking, shopping and spending quality time with her family.I love to work my full scope as a dental therapist but helping anxious patients work towards their oral health goals gives me great pleasure. Knowing that my guidance helps them develop healthy habits and build confidence in their dental care is truly rewarding’.

Darcy

Darcy has been with Dev’s dental practice since 2023.She has pride in her work and feels privileged to work with a great team helping patients every day. In her spare time she likes to experiment with cooking and creating healthy recipes.

Jamie

Jamie is an aspiring dental hygienist who is working hard at our practice to gain his qualifications, In his spare time he enjoys fitness and spending time with loved ones. He is excited to qualify so that he can start working with patients and begin helping people.

Nicole Maxwell

Nicole is a dedicated trainee dental nurse who takes great pride in helping patients feel at ease and supported during their dental treatments. She is passionate about learning and growing in the field, consistently striving to provide the highest level of care.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with animals, particularly walking with her pets. She also has a strong interest in history and loves visiting historical sites or reading books that explore the past.

These activities help Nicole relax and recharge, ensuring a healthy balance between work and personal life.

Neelum is a dedicated dental nurse from Pakistan, working at Dev's Dental Practice. In her free time, she loves spending quality moments with her toddler, creating cherished memories together. Balancing her career and motherhood brings her immense joy.

Mrs Phoebe Foster

Phoebe is currently studying dental nursing with Teesside University. She has had lots of experience working in care until she landed on a career in dentistry, she looks forward to progressing her dental career here at Dev’s and one day be a dentist herself. In her free time she love’s to be outdoors on adventures with her 2 little ones and her husband.

Phoebe Langton-White is an enthusiast apprentice dental nurse with aspirations to become a dentist. She has a passion for learning the skills and knowledge within the dental field paired with a focus on excellent patient care. She is there to provide a comfortable and reassuring experience to ensure all patients leave and return with the confidence that our dental practice is a safe and welcoming place for all.

Connie is a dedicated dental apprentice who brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a strong desire to learn to every patient interaction. With a passion for both dentistry and helping others, Connie is committed to supporting patients throughout their dental care journey while continuously expanding her skills and knowledge.

Aleksandra is someone who is dedicated to making people comfortable. At work she helps keep the practice clean and safe. Graduated in 2022 from the Medical University of Iasi, Romania, Leon is a dedicated and compassionate dentist. He is known for his gentle manner and patient-centered approach, being great with kids and adults alike, always taking the time to tailor treatment plans to meet the individual needs of his patients. Deeply committed to ongoing professional development, He always seeks to enhance his clinical skills and stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry. For Leon, dentistry is a vocation driven by care, precision, and a deep respect for his patients’ well-being, with the goal of maintaining healthy and beautiful smiles.

Kavyaa

Geraldine is a dedicated and valued member of the dental team with over 40 years experience as a GDC registered nurse. She is friendly, caring and professional and takes great pride in providing a relaxed atmosphere and safe environment for all patients from the very first moment they arrive.
